i am reading 'fast food nation' right now, so when i got an email today about helping to demand that mc donalds raises wages for farm workers, i was quick to respond.
its all wild, wacky stuff once you start digging into it and learning more.

the 'purpose driven life' email devotional today was about getting your focus off of ME! and start thinking more about serving others daily. i know this is a tiny action, but if enough people take it, maybe... just maybe... we can make a positive difference in the lives of people we don't even know.
